Thank you Christine. All the houses on the project would be a similar price however there are some houses at the top of the site built like ours but that do not have the land etc that occasionally come up for sale. They are around the £350.00 mark. Unfortunately we live in a very expensive area which drives up the prices.

I have been in touch with the former residents as I am not sure why this keeps coming up on other sites as it was sold last October and the new residents have been in a year now! There is a house that is built like the projects homes that is for sale at the top of the site if you are interested let me know.
