Eco Homes

The design of our eco homes and visitor center brings together the buildings and utilities in a single system to optimize energy and water efficiency.  The eco homes use thermal mass and solar gain effectively and do not require any other heating source.

The energy efficient design removes the need for a heating system yet keeps the eco homes warm in winter and cool in summer, and so the homes:

  • are a low-tech, low-maintenance solution
  • consume 15-25% of the energy used by homes built today

HHP can help you to deliver cost-effective sustainable homes, whether you are managing housing stock or planning a new development, whether it’s a self-build or retrofit project, or helping clients through the project lifecycle from design to performance monitoring.
