HHP Master Classes

HHP currently runs three types of master class. Our newst offering first:

 "RE:Generation Master Class" - This workshop provides an opportunity to get an in-depth understanding of the renewable energy systems at the HHP homes and in the village of Hockerton. It will focus on the 225kW Vesta wind turbine and two smaller 5kw turbines as well as a 7.65kWp PV array and a small Solar thermal system. HHP – A Practical Case Study of Sustainability, provides an opportunity to get an in-depth understanding of the technical design and practical construction issues considered for the HHP homes and Sustainable Resource Centre.

The practicalities of delivering zero carbon homes, addresses some of the latest challenges facing designers and developers as regulation drives new building towards the zero-carbon target by 2016, guided by the Code for Sustainable Homes.
