HHP Background Document (1996) (£15) A comprehensive document written to help gain planning permission for Hockerton Housing Project. This formed part of the section 106 agreement with Newark and Sherwood District Council (NSDC)  

Land Management Plan (1996) (£25.00) This was also submitted as part of the section 106. If you want to gain planning permission on a plot these are for you.
