Background Document (1996) (£15)

This ‘visionary’ document enshrines the foundation of the project, laying out its aims and objectives at the earliest stage. Much of the subsequent development of the project stems from the core principles set out here.

This document was a key accessory to the section 106 agreement (along with ‘Land Management Plan’), a condition of receiving planning permission.

Land Management Plan (1996) (£25.00)

This is very much an operational document. After initially describing current usage and status (including records of biodiversity) of the land, it defines both in general and highly specific terms how the land must be developed in a sustainable way.

This document was a key accessory to the section 106 agreement (along with ‘Background Document’), a condition of receiving planning permission.
