Consultancy Costs

The costs below are only a guide. Every client has different needs and budgets. We are willing to be flexible and happy to discuss costs, particular for longer-term or regular work. Clearly if you visit us at HHP, it avoids our travel costs.

Travel time	£15.00/hr+VAT	£17.50/hr+VAT	£20.00/hr+VAT
Travel costs by car	32.5p/mile +VAT
Travel costs (other)	Actual cost for tickets based on a standard/economy rate unless otherwise agreed beforehand.

Notes
• Minimum charge of ½ day for work away from HHP
• Payment due within 30 days of invoice (usually invoice will use date of visit or when significant piece of work completed)
• Phone consultations, email and postal services can sometimes save paying for us to travel cross-country to you.
