Usage & Capacity

The SRC has a wide range of options to meet different usage requirements – The following represent the most typical uses of the SRC:

• Theatre style for seminars and conferences (rows of 5) – Up to 40 facing AV wall or presenter. The maximum number is most suited to spring or summer. Up to 30 can be accommodated at any time of the year.
• Workshop layout (usually 10-20) – Using a mix of theatre style & sub-groups
• Meeting room (usually up to 10) – Large circular table (1 or 2)

Generally we have more flexibility in the spring & summer when the weather is more pleasant for opening up the building and using some outdoor space around the building, particular for sub-group activities.

Of course you may choose to be more creative in how you arrange the layout or utilise the space. Please contact us to discuss particular requirements.

We do have a large marquee (capacity of approx. 40 - see images below) that can be hired separately or as additional space for an event. Please contact to discuss.
