All event fees must be paid or invoiced in advance of the date of the event (unless agreed otherwise by HHP). Your booking will be confirmed once payment has been received or an invoice raised.

Events may be cancelled by HHP with 5 days notice whereupon guests will receive a full refund or offered an alternative date.

Any booking fee paid will not be refunded unless written confirmation is received at least 5 working days prior to the event, substitute delegates are welcome.
For group bookings where a deposit has not been made, a nominal charge of between £50 and £100 will be made to cover any costs incurred by HHP. This maybe waived or reduced at the discretion of HHP if an alternative event is agreed.
HHP reserves the right to vary the programme and cancel the event in case of insufficient bookings.
